What is the recommended dosage?

- As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Take 30 minutes prior to meals or exercise. Drink 8 glasses of water daily when taking this product. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day. Begin use with half the recommended dose and assess your tolerance.

What happens once I submit my order? |
- Our staff will package and ship your order. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship. All orders are sent via USPS. You will receive an email (within 24hrs) with a tracking number for your package. The postal service updates tracking information every night @ 12:00am.

Do you offer automatic shipping/billing? |
- Yes. Due to numerous requests from our customers we have added an optional automatic shipment and billing program for your convenience. If you choose to enroll in our automatic shipping program you will be billed for and sent a fresh 1-month (60 capsules) of supply of PHENTREMINE-RX® EVERY 24 DAYS from the initial date of your order until cancelled.
- You may enroll by selecting the automatic shipping option when purchasing PHENTREMINE-RX® on our checkout page. If you select our automatic shipment program you may cancel your enrollment at any time by simply contacting us.

What is your Shipping Policy? |
- The standard mail service is USPS First Class Mail. With our Expedited Shipping Option (if available), we will ship your item(s) out the same business day for all orders placed before 11:00AM EST and next business day for all orders placed after 11:00AM EST (packages will arrive within 1-4 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges.

What is your Refund/Return Policy?

- Only refunds requested within 10 days of purchase will be considered.
- Please contact us to organize your return request.
- Before contacting us you will need:
• The order id number for your purchase, which can be found on your e-mailed receipt;
• Your name, email, and mailing address; and
• A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.
- Once you contact us and a refund request has been granted you will receive an RMA number.
- To ensure a refund is properly processed for you, please send returns to the address we provide you along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. To obtain a refund, your return package must be postmarked no later than 5 days from the date that your RMA number was issued. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. We cannot process or refund items which packages are marked "Return to Sender." All returns are subject to a $12.99 restocking fee and administrative handling. WE DO NOT REFUND OR CREDIT SHIPPING CHARGES.
- WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPEN BOTTLES FOR A RETURN OR A REFUND. THIS INCLUDES BOTTLES THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR IN WHICH THE SAFETY SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN. If we receive an opened bottle, a damaged bottle, or a bottle with a broken safety seal, it will be disposed of and NO refund will be issued. If we receive a return that has an improper or no RMA number it will be disposed of and NO refund will be issued. Packages that are marked "Return to Sender." will also be disposed of and NO refund will be issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
- After the shipping department receives your UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED bottle(s), it generally takes 10 business days or sooner to process your refund. The refund for the net price of your claim (i.e.: the total price paid for your item less shipping, local taxes, and a $12.99 restocking and administrative handling fee) will be processed through the same method as the original purchase payment. Once a refund is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your financial account, depending on your financial institution.

- E-mails are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. E-mails received over weekends and holidays are typically reviewed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please provide your order id, name, mailing address, and email address in your email.
